We are pleased to present our Annual Progress Report 2023, in which we look back on our accomplishments and look forward to the coming year.
In early 2023, a fire devastated The Plastic Flamingo's warehouse, resulting in the loss of all machinery and inventory. Despite this challenge, our resilience and collective determination prevailed, making us emerge stronger.
After extensive efforts to clean and restore the former warehouse, we successfully transitioned to a new, larger facility in a safer area within Muntinlupa City.
Consolidating operations, we now handle all aspects of our work, from plastic waste sorting to recycling, at this single location.
By August, we achieved a production of approximately 2,202 eco-boards between August and December 2023.
The grand inauguration of our new plant in August, attended by two ministers and the French ambassador, marked a pivotal moment. They toured the facility and participated in its official inauguration, drawing significant attention from the media and our valued partners.
This event symbolized a new era of growth and innovation for The Plastic Flamingo.
